Tourist in my own country: Kuala Lumpur

I think it's been
close toa month since I last blogged, apologize for the unannounced hiatus m(_ _)m

Past weeks has been crazy, to put it simply. So many things have been bogging my mind and occupying most of my time so much that I didn't have the mood to blog. JLPT's just 5-6 weeks to go and I'm trying to cram up as much lessons into my head.

However, while I was away, it seems my readers have not abandoned me and I am very grateful for the supportヽ(;▽;)ノArigatou~!!

The past 2 weeks, I had more time on my hand but I had been occupied with travelling. Mostly I was at the heart of Kuala Lumpur and the places around it for work-related purposes. I usually have some me-time after that and kinda took my time to explore the surroundings. Here's just a part of the places I've been. Photos nao~

Walah~ This is KL Tower ↓

Took a short walk from the spot I took this pic via the walkway heading to Bukit Bintang_one of the biggest shopping hub in KL.

You'll find lots of shopping centres(like 5?) within walking distance from one another and they're tones of amazing restaurants and kopitiams with great stall food around here! Totally a tourist attraction spot.

This photo is taken from in front of Pavillion Mall~

Parkamaya at Fahrenheit88 Mall_the Parkamaya signboards give the place a Tokyo-feely!

I've got to admit I've never really been here much despite having been to Bukit Bintang many times. Found a couple of nice boutiques here that I used to frequent back in Damansara~

The first H&M store in Malaysia which was launched a few months back↓ You can see the monorail at the background, that was where I was heading to.

On the way there's this super unique, oriental-like shop with loads of signboards. Love it~! (It's a restaurant,  btw)

I wanted to stay around and show you more amazing places like around this area but the crazy hot weather started to make me feel unwell I decided to head home and take a rest. I got very low tolerance to heat (@.@'')

Last photo neway. View from inside the monorail leaving the Bukit Bintang station~

Next up will be my long-delayed Hada Labo review post hahaha. Okei, me bad if I've made some of you wait (T__T )

Thank YOU again for reading my blog~!

See you in just a bit~!ヾ(Ov≤)ノ

hauls from Best Buy World

So impressed with the products and service. Turns out, I'm not the only satisfied customer from Best Buy World ↓

Alrighty~ here are all the items I received (^o^/)

Hauls from Best Buy World

From left,
Clinique's Stylish Flower Pattern Pouch, RM13
Dior's Hydra Life Youth Essential Concentrated Sorbet Essence, 7ml for RM39 (R.P. RM57)
Dior's Diorsnow White Reveal Day Essence, 7ml for RM35 (R.P. RM61)
Estee Lauder's Sumptuous Extreme Lash Multiplying Volume Mascara, RM22 (R.P. RM42)
Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Flirty Honey, RM34
Estee Lauder's Pure Color Long-Lasting Lipstick in Fuchsia Fever, RM24
Now, just a short review on these items. First up is this Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Flirty Honey~

It feels more like a color tinted lip balm than a lippy really and it takes a couple of swipes for the sheer color to show.

The result is a very mild glossy tint that looks almost natural but gives my lip a pretty pink color ♥ Love it so much I've been using it very often!

↓ Don't you find the color pretty?

Personally, I would get this again and try other shades from the range of Clinique's Almost Lipstick too.  The other shade available at BBW is Black Honey. The color scares me a bit but if you like it, feel free to give it a try_then tell me how it turned out LOL (⌒▽⌒)

My second favorite from the BBW would be the Estee Lauder mascara.

The result_long eyelashes that doesn't clump up together.

See what wonders it does to my lashes. From nada to obvious looking lashes hahaha

I also love the essences and fuchsia lipstick. Oklah, that kinda makes everything from this haul LOL. I wanted to post photos for the lipstick review but realize I don't have makeup to go with it. My stash is mostly for natural and sweet make :/

Anyway, here's the final quick review on the essences.

They're both have a light texture and are mildly scented. Also, they feels really refreshing to the skin. The Dior snow White Reveal Essence supposedly target dark spots and preventing new ones while the Hydra Life essence works to "boost the effectiveness of subsequence applied skin care" and moisturizes the skin.

Regrettably, I can't tell whether they made a difference on my skin because I haven't been observing if there's any changes to my skin(Apologize about that).

On a final note, I hope my previous advert and these quick reviews have been useful for you, especially for new/would be BBWers. If you're interested to purchase any products I've reviewed on this post, you can find them in Best Buy World's

Webpage

And while you're at it, might as well check their

Facebook

page too because BBW is having a Mother's Day giveaway right now(though open to Malaysians only) so here's your chance to win and try out the products from BBWヾ(^o^)ノ Not forgetting, they have tons of other giveaways as well!
